CANY Couture garments are made-to-order and delivered within 4-5 weeks via DHL.
CANY Couture takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor and do NOT keep full credit card information on record.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- What currency is used for transactions?
US Dollars are used when shopping online
- Will there be sales tax on my order?
If you live in New York you will be charged applicable sales tax. If you live elsewhere, you will not be charged sales tax.

CANY Couture garments are made for you and delivered within 4–5 weeks** via USPS.
CANY Couture offers free shipping in the continental US. For all other order please email for a shipping quote at email@example.com.
CANY Couture ships all over the world via USPS. For shipments outside of the US, all related taxes and duties are not covered.*

* CANY Couture does not ship to Austria, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Faroe Islands, Greece, Iran, Ireland, Russia, Republic of Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Lithuania, Mexico, Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Uganda, and Uruguay.
** Orders placed during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale and during Chinese New Year may experience longer wait times, however we aim to deliver your garments within 4-5 weeks.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you complete your order, and given there are no garment measurements or payment delays, it will be delivered to you in 4–5 weeks.
- How will my order be shipped?
Our shipping partner USPS is committed to providing top-quality service for your package. We’ll email you the tracking information when it ships.
- How much is shipping?
It’s free on all orders in the continental US.
- Will I have to pay extra customs charges?
For orders shipping to the US, you won’t have to pay any additional customs charges.*
For addresses outside of the US, all required taxes, VAT, import or excise duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient in their specific country.
* If you’re asked to pay any customs charges on your order within the US, please contact our Customer Experience Team with the respective proof of payment and we’ll resolve this issue for you.
- Do you ship to Armed Forces / APO / FPO addresses / P.O. boxes?

Does USPS require a signature on delivery?
Yes as your garments are made specially for you and are one of a kind.
- Can I rush my order?
Unfortunately, no. You can’t rush greatness.
- Where is your head office?
CANY Couture HQ is located in Massapequa Park, NY.
- Will I have to pay taxes?
Depending on where your order ships to, you will be required to pay additional taxes based on the taxation requirements of the destination.
CANY Couture is a true Made to Measure experience. Your suit is made just for you based on your measurements, choice of fabrics and customizations. Every purchase is backed by our Fit Promise. If your order does not meet expectations, let us know and we will make it right. We’re here to help. Contact our team returns@CANYCouture.com.
- Please note that we don’t offer refunds as fabric is cut based on your measurements and your customizations. If there is any issue with the quality or fabrication of your garments, you can return them for a full refund in accordance with our terms and conditions.
- To be considered eligible for return, a return claim must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
- CANY Couture will only accept returned items that are in good and unworn condition.
- CANY Couture has the right to deny reimbursement for an item that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
- CANY Couture will not accept items that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
- Any items returned to CANY Couture that do not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client without reimbursement.
